Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mother of Pearl website located at motherofpearl.com.au ("Site"), purchasing any product or service, or otherwise engaging with Mother of Pearl ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, please discontinue use of the Site and our services immediately.
Household Use & Content Sharing Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Access to Mother of Pearl content and products is strictly limited to the purchasing household. Sharing outside the household is not permitted.
When you purchase a Mother of Pearl product or service, your licence to use, access, and share any associated content is granted exclusively to the members of your household — defined as individuals permanently residing at the same residential address as the account holder.
You agree that:
Content, digital materials, guides, recipes, tutorials, or any other resources provided by Mother of Pearl may only be shared within your household.
Sharing content with persons outside your household — whether by forwarding, screen capture, re-upload, physical reproduction, or any other means — is strictly prohibited.
Providing account credentials or product access to anyone outside your household is a breach of these Terms.
Commercial redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of any Mother of Pearl content is expressly forbidden.
Breach of this policy may result in termination of access, cancellation of your account, and may give rise to legal action.
Customer Support & Assistance
SUPPORT POLICY
Mother of Pearl provides support and assistance exclusively to the household that purchased the relevant product or service.
Our customer support team is available to assist the account holder and members of their registered household only. We are unable to extend support, troubleshooting, advice, or product assistance to third parties who have not directly purchased from us.
This means:
Support requests must be made by the original purchaser or a member of the purchasing household.
Proof of purchase may be required to access customer support.
We reserve the right to decline support to any individual who is not associated with the purchasing household.
Support services are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, assigned, or redirected to another party.
Purchases & Payments
All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Mother of Pearl reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, video, audio, and digital materials — is the intellectual property of Mother of Pearl and is protected under Australian and international copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal, household use only, in accordance with Section 02 of these Terms. No rights are granted beyond those explicitly stated herein.
