This shows our aged brass finish, darkened and waxed. The aging can be applied lighter than this like the Brionne Chinon handle and back plate set shown on the right here. The advantage with this finish is that it will age further and develop a natural patina over time. Unlike polished and lacquered brass, which deteriorates with use, this finish actually improves and can be polished if you wish. See the links to other finishes.
